Colinne McCann Joins Youth Mentoring

I would like to introduce myself as a new Mentoring Coordinator at Helping Services for Youth & Families. The Youth Mentoring program has been awarded a Mentoring for Youth Impacted by Opiods in Rural Iowa grant. Funding is provided by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Partnership through the Iowa Mentoring Partnership. I will be serving in our Allamakee, Howard, and Winneshiek County mentoring programs.

I am a Luther College Social work graduate and previously served at Helping Services in Youth Mentoring under an AmeriCorps grant. I am so excited for the opportunity to be coming back to youth mentoring.

I have a twelve year old daughter and a 3 year old puppy. We reside in Decorah. I look forward to working with mentors and mentees. Feel free to stop by the Decorah office and introduce yourself.
