The Domestic Abuse Resource Center Resource Line is free and confidential and answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We are available for both emergency and non-emergency assistance related to intimate partner violence.
OUR ADVOCATES SERVE: Allamakee, Bremer, Chickasaw, Clayton, Howard, Fayette, and Winneshiek Counties in Iowa.
Our advocates and highly trained volunteers will listen without judgment and provide various options that are available. Some of the services we provide include:
- Safety planning
- Individual and group advocacy
- Legal advocacy
- Housing resources
- Bi-lingual advocacy
- Child and teen advocacy
- Support Group facilitation
The Resource Center has been serving adults, teens and children who have experienced unhealthy relationships for many years. We are committed to helping you access the information and services you seek and provide you with options that best fit your needs. We also offer crisis counseling, community resources and helpful referrals to area providers. We offer services to survivors of domestic and dating violence in seven counties of northeast Iowa. All of our services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL and are client lead.
