Chamber Marketing & Membership Associate, Hannah Tulgren, presents the COLLABORATION AWARD to Carson Eggland, Director of Helping Services for Youth & Families, at the Sept. 29, 2026 Annual Chamber Business Awards Event held at the Hanson Commons (Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum) in Decorah, Iowa.
