Healthy Fayette County- Prevention Team Workgroup

Healthy Fayette County is a Coalition who’s mission is to: Collaborate across sectors to meet the health needs of Fayette County residents by:

  1. Building Capacity
  2.  Increasing access to prevention and treatment services and interventions; and
  3.  Improving education and awareness

The Coalition currently has 3 workgroups which include: Nutrition, Prevention, and Mental Health. Anyone who lives or works in Fayette County is encouraged to attend and help work on Prevention efforts in Fayette County.
