Exposed: The Dangers of Prescription Drugs Training

Prescription drugs are prescribed by a doctor and picked up at a pharmacy. These drugs are helpful when used the correct way. Some of the prescription drugs are a hit on the streets, abused once prescribed, or searched for on websites selling fake drugs.

Please join this important training being led by the Delaware County Mentoring Coordinator, Sam Jennerjohn. The training is being held via Zoom over the lunch hour and will inform participants about some types of prescription drugs, warning signs, and how we can help. Sam shares, “Remember we are all in this thing called life together, so let’s learn, and help one another.” 

Mentors, parents, grandparents, college students, youth advocates, and others who support youth are encouraged to attend. Pre-registration is not required, however, those who do pre-register will receive bonus materials that are not part of the training.
