Exploring Healthy Foods, Family Playgroup

Come explore HEALTHY EATING! Bring your kiddos for Storytime, Zumbini and a Group Activity exploring healthy eating. Leave with some resources including: tips for picky eaters, benefits of sign language during meal times, healthy snack ideas, eating the rainbow and reducing the risk of chocking at meal time. We hope to see you there for some FUN and LEARNING at this Helping Services Group Connection Event in September with the Cresco Library!
