Delaware County Proclamation Signing

Proclamations will be signed by the County Board of Supervisors, mentoring staff, and mentoring supporters. Mentors, mentees, parents/guardians of mentees, steering committee members, and mentoring friends are encouraged to attend these proclamation signings.
