Winneshiek County Proclamation Signing

Mentors, mentees, Mentors For A Day, Steering Committee members, Helping Services staff, and friends of Youth Mentoring are invited to attend a proclamation signing at the Howard County Courthouse in the Board of Supervisors room at 9:00 a.m. A program update will be shared, the proclamation will be read, and a photo will be taken with all those attending. Please come and share how mentoring has had an impact on you!
