Six lovable puppets enter the classroom of first or second graders to teach six sessions on substance abuse prevention curriculum. Lessons are taught in 30 minute sessions once per week by a Certified Prevention Specialist whose passion and humor make the program a favorite part of the student’s day.
The puppets teach:
- How to share your feelings
- How to make good decisions
- How to cope when things are not going your way
- That alcohol and tobacco are drugs
- How to get help for big or small problems
