Families gain confidence and build supports when they visit with other families. Please consider joining this group of parents and children ages 0-5 years of age, as we gather to strengthen our community. A family educator from Helping Services for Youth and Families will be available with resources, and information regarding health, safety, development, and nutrition. Strategies and ideas for toilet training, discipline, and guidance are always discussed. Older siblings in the family are always welcome as well. Feel free to contact Marcia with questions at 641-220-2239.

During the months of September and October, we are celebrating the change of seasons, and families of kinds! Wednesday afternoons will be devoted to gathering together, sharing our successes, our dreams, and our concerns. As long as the weather cooperates, we will be meeting in the various parks in Cresco. In the event of rainy weather, we will make plans to meet in a classroom at the Cresco Early Childhood building.  Bring a friend, and plan to make some new ones!
