DESCRIPTION:Healthy Fayette County is a Coalition who’s mission is to: Collaborate across sectors to meet the health needs of Fayette County residents by: \n\nBuilding Capacity\n Increasing access to prevention and treatment services and interventions; and\n Improving education and awareness\n\nThe Coalition currently has 3 workgroups which include: Nutrition\, Prevention\, and Mental Health. Anyone who lives or works in Fayette County is encouraged to attend and help work on Prevention efforts in Fayette County.
