DESCRIPTION:5C is a group of community members located in Clayton County\, Iowa. At 5C\, we work together to encourage awareness surrounding alcohol\, tobacco\, and other drugs that prevent community members from living their lives to the fullest. The Coalition meets (usually) monthly to discuss different issues facing the community and to plan upcoming initiatives. Those who live or work in Clayton County are welcome to attend!
