A Nice Neighbor Award was presented to Ellen Krogmann by Abby Buesing last Monday night at the Manchester City Council meeting. “I nominated Krogmann for this award for all the help she has given me and our family after I sustained a severe ankle injury and resulting surgery. Ellen organized a meal tree for our family, brought over ice packs and other items to make getting around easier, as well as stopped into check on me, run errands and bring me coffee,” said Buesing. Buesing added that the entire neighborhood of Sunrise, Rosewood and Clearview Drives all deserve the award too because they were all so very helpful and gave gracious meals, ran errands and helped take care of the boys.
