Helping Services for Northeast Iowa is seeking an individual to coordinate two new federal grants in an effort to respond to the needs of victims of domestic violence and their children. This position requires a highly qualified applicant ready to take the lead in community education, and training and collaboration with agencies serving youth and adults impacted by domestic violence. The position also requires advocacy and case management services to adult victims and their children. A qualified applicant must possess the skills and abilities to coordinate two programs, become known as a trusted and credible resource with communities and clients, and manage all details of data gathering and federal reporting. Priority will be given for experience in case management, and for experience working with adults and children who have experienced trauma. Master’s in Social Work or related field preferred. The position is housed in Postville and serves a five-county area including Howard, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Clayton, and Fayette.
