Volunteer Opportunities
Many of our programs offer wonderful opportunities for members of the community to participate and offer their time and talent. Below are volunteer needs by program.
Prevention of Substance Abuse
- Community Coalition Work
Make a difference for the future of your community. Join a county-based coalition that is working on the promotion of healthy community standards or policies on issues of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs.
- Public Education and Outreach
Learn ways to promote healthy behaviors by sharing information to schools, community groups or your own business; assist in media outreach through letters to the editor or public service announcements.

Provide transportation for victims of domestic violence from a neutral location to a "safe home."
